Slot History:

The slot machine was first built by Charles Fey in 1898. Originally from Germany, the mechanic moved to San Francisco where he built the 5¢ Liberty Bell slot machine. The slot machine was quickly outlawed and in 1902 was banned from the saloons in Nevada and California.
